  Ordered at 3:11, arrived at 3:15 checked it at stall 4. Waited 30 minutes, didn't get food. Waited 45 minutes to get food. Didn't offer a free drink or anything. I'm very disappointed. I'm tired, thirsty for Waiting 45 minutes for food. Will think twice before ordering again. Outside looks dingy and dirty. Corporate greed strikes again. I know it is the outside but, ever heard of scheduled maintenance before?

  Food was hot and fresh. Prices were amazing. Fast service. Order was correct. The gentleman that delivered the food to the car was very friendly and polite. Made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend going to this place.

  The last 3 times I've been here it's been a mess. I literally just waited 25 minutes for 1 milkshake.

  My daughter and granddaughter and myself went to sonic today in pearl river . We irdered 2 small shakes they didn’t have whipped cream or cherries to put on the shake the first time they brought them to me they we’er not mixed right so the young lady took them back and told the girl inside we wanted them mixed because they looked like they were vanilla so the young lady that waited on us brought them to us and they were overflowing so bad it was coming over the sides of the cup and was nasty she put so much In them the tops were’nt right so my daughter brought one back inside and the girl who made them she told my daughter that she just redid the shakes and that she said that my daughter said that it wasn’t good enough for her and she wanted to charge us for a larger cup and she’d started screaming at my daughter, my daughter didn’t scream back at your employee also your employee mouthed off to my daughter to call corporate and tell them so that’s exactly what I did . Also your people working with food should have on a hair net and gloves if the are inside. And it’s not like your shakes are cheap but I used to really enjoy the shakes but I’ ll never go back to this sonic it’s in pearl river on hwy 41also I think if have hickies that have on their necks maybe they should use concealer to cover them . This girl was very rude and you should really check your reviews because all of the reviews are terrible . We will never go back to sonic ,it’s a shame that some employees cause You to lose business
