    Messed my order up. I called to let them know that my order wasn't made correctly. They hung up in my face and refused to answer the phone. I literally called over 8 times without receiving an answer

    Half the menu is sold out every time I go here so you have to sit there and like individually ask about each item while they tell you they're sold out of each thing one at a time. And the drive through is completely blocked so you cant exit if you get tired of it.

    I ordered on the app (easiest way) and it was wrong. I paid for jalapeño sauce to be added to the Mexican pizza and it was not. Also, the pizza tasted like cardboard and old meat. This is the second time this has happened. I’m unsure of how customer service was because I didn’t pick up the order I just placed it and my sister picked it up on her way home. The last time I ordered from this location the pizza also tasted old and I got food poisoning. It’s saddening to pay money for extra stuff and the food be wrong AND taste sour/old. Also, we didn’t get any of the sauce requested, no napkins, no utensils. I will not be retuning to this location.
