    I happen to stop by because I was very hungry. However, as soon as I walked in I got hit with a wave of excessive heat. It felt as if I stepped into am oven. It was hotter inside the establishment more than outside. I waited a few minutes and then canceled my order bc it was ridiculous how in June, there was no AC running. I honestly feel bad for the employees working there, THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO WORK IN SUCH DEPLORABLE CONDITIONS!!! They were sweating, looking exhausted, and dehydrated. How can anyone in a position of management subject their subordinates to such horrible conditions and expect them to give great customer service?!?!? Management needs to be fired and/or that store get closed until the AC is back in working condition. Don't try to fix it, ACTUALLY FIX IT!!!!

    I watched the cook touch her face and hair and then started making the pizza without washing her hands. Also, the front person collected money and touched the register and then handled the pizzas, pasta, and more without washing her hands. I asked her about using gloves to make the food. She stated that they don't wear gloves. I requested a full refund.

    I ordered a large specialty pizza...pepperoni lovers and specified to cut into 12 pieces since it would be shared with co-workers. When I picked up my order, the employee who assisted me at the pick-up window was not friendly at all. The name of the receipt shows "Jacqueline". No greeting...no thank you! When I opened the box, the amount of pepperoni was less than the amount on a regular pepperoni pizza. Although it was cut into 12 slices, some slices were either Very large or Very small. I was very disappointed in the entire experience.
