  Terrible customer service! I waited ten minutes for an employee to even walk to the front to take my order and there was no one at all in there. Once she came up she went straight to the register and it looked like she started grabbing tickets for web orders. Never said a word to me at all since she walked in but she saw me standing there because she looked at me! She then comes to the area where I’m standing, still has yet to speak to me. And started working on one of the web orders so I asked her if she was taking my order and she said no. I asked her if she was going to help me once she was done with that order and she just said yeah. Very rude. Very not friendly. She looked like she didn’t want to be there and she had EarPods in her ear. Terrible terrible customer service. I will not be back. Incredibly rude staff. If she doesn’t want to wait on customers then she needs to get out of customer service Edit to add: we passed by back leaving and she was sitting down leaning on the cooler on her phone. It is 4/25/26 6:41pm if you want to watch cameras !!

  Website says they close at 9pm pulled up at 8:20 pm employee turned lights off while we were getting out vehicle and said they were closed

  Walked in at 2:10 pm on nov 2, 2025 didn’t get a hey hello how are you how can we help you or anything they both just sat there on their phones one of them even looked at us, so on turn me and my friend both ended up leaving after just standing there and ended up going elsewhere. That’s about the worst service there is to not even speak to your customers😒 really need to do some customer service training or something

  Walked in and was told she was clocking out and wasn't taking anymore orders. There was nobody else working at 3 p.m. on a Sunday 😑
