  I visited the cresswell location on 10/9/25. Horrible service, I was using my cane, its was a difficult day for walking for me. The were 3 young employee at the front of the restaurant, no customers and I struggled to get though the door. They just stood there looking at me. No One even tried to help open the door. Fine,,,,, after paying for my order, I needed to pick up the pizza and walk out, cane in one hand pizza in the other. Easy for most ppl but a real task for me. Eventually I got it, getting though the door was another issue. Theses 3 employee still standing there looking at me struggling with cane, pizza and door did NOTHING. No one said thank for you business, they didn't even say hello when I walked in. A family who coming in as I was trying to get out open and held the door out for me to walk out. One of they even opened my car door for me. The employees never gave me a second thought,,,,, I don't think they gave me a first thought🤦🏾‍♀️ Where's the respect and humanity in your employees. Customer service has really gone down. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 and the pizza use to be much better. This use to be the only Pizza Hut I would eat at,,,,,, but guess I'll eat somewhere else. Do better Pizza Hut!!!!

  One of the workers here is way too obnoxious. Makes you just want to leave. I was ignored for at least 10 minutes

  This is the 3rd time I order pizza at this location, for some reason in Opelousas you can not get good people to work Here. I made my order it says 20min. I get here and I'm waiting for over 45min to get the order that said it was ready. So they must have there number percentage right. But as far as customer serivce they lack it very much. Pizza hut should really Evaluate their management and who ever their regional manager is for this Pizza Hut, the serivce has been horrible. I would rather drive to carencro, then get food here. To long of a unnecessary wait. 3 small personal pan pizzas where to much for them. Smh.. and has taken them over an hour to make. I just want to pick up my order when it says it's ready. Not be lied to saying it's ready and it was not. Do better Pizza hut. There are so many other pizza places. Just saying.
