- JRjonathan ray2 days ago1.0Ordered my pizzas for 11:30 pick up and they weren’t ready till 11:45. I had places to be and that’s why I ordered online at 9:00. And the manager lady was rude. Been here twice both bad results I won’t be going back :(

We ordered a pick up order and waited over an hour for our 10 inch non-customized pizza. We went and asked the person at the front multiple times and told them multiple times how long we've been waiting and they never addressed it. I believe our order got lost, and they did nothing to try to rectify the situation. Eventually we just left because it wasn't worth it. So we didn't get our food we paid for.

I went outside to meet the driver at 11:45 and waited until 12:05 before calling; I was told there was an oven issue but the pizzas were done and they would arrive shortly. I waited another 25 minutes before calling again and was told the driver was three minutes out. My pizzas finally arrived 45 minutes later than the original time stated. I understand things happen, but having to chase down my food twice is unacceptable, especially since these pizzas were ordered for a work meeting; I wasted 45 minutes waiting. Running late is one thing, but 45 minutes late is altogether different.
