- PRPatrick RamosFeb 8, 20261.0TERRIBLE, WILL NEVER RETURN. The lady did not listen to anything I had wanted in sandwich.....swapped ingredients when I had wanted to ADD BACON. This is the 2nd time I have been here, once with my mother, 2nd for a lunch, TERRIBLE, horrendous service! Stay away!!!! She charged me for 2 meals when I had only wanted 1, and did not even tell me!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

When I asked why didn't she speak, she mentioned that SHE DOESN'T HAVE TO DO NOTHING FOR NOBODY. I DON'T NEED TO SPEAK TO YOU. I reminded her that she is a professional and should be customer service friendly. She caught an attitude, begin to insult me and I verbally defended myself. She made some serious statements that made me feel unsafe. She then continued to type on her phone. This kind of worker should be talked with immediately and not allowed to tarnish the good reputation of the other, hard working, friendly employees. I really wish people would take their job more seriously and at least do the bare minimum of what they are responsible for doing.
