About

Fast Food RestaurantBurger JointAmerican RestaurantCheckers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc
As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

About had a stroke from the amount of salt on this burger. $7 for a Big-Gut Buford or w/e. Bruh. Not worth even being alive for.

Pulled up, waited at the window for 15 to 20 minutes to get my food. Nobody acknowledged us or even said that it would be awhile even though they knew we where their. Got my food finally and drove away only to reach in and grab cold food. 03/30 at about 7pm.

I have loved Rally's fries for the last 35 years. I was absolutely disgusted at an experience I just had. Today I stopped at a different location, because I was in a different neighborhood. My order was simple, 2 apple pies, 1 order of mozzarella sticks, and a medium sweet tea. I ordered over the intercom and was given a total of $11 and some change. There was one car ahead of me. By the time I got to the window, a gentleman came and confirmed my order, but he was incorrect. He asked me if I had 2 chicken boxes. I politely told him no and reiterated my order and told him that the computer system gave me a price when I placed my order at the intercom. While he was looking in the computer for my order, I saw a young lady over at the fry station. She had taken the mozzarella sticks out of the oil and placed them in the container. While placing them in the container, she accidentally dropped one of them on the ground. I was watching very closely to see if she would pick it up and put it back into the container. She did not, she threw it away, but she did pick it up off the ground, using the same tongs that she was cooking with. When it came time to give me my order, I was given my bag very quickly. Upon looking in my bag, I saw that I only had 5 mozzarella sticks, and I inquired about if it should have been 6. The gentleman told me that they would have to cook me another one. I told him that I saw the worker drop it on the ground. After that, I was not waiting to have my food possibly infected or worse. I drove off after waiting at the window to tell him I would not be waiting for a fresh batch. This is horrible and I am in going to report this to the CDC and our Department of food safety and sanitation. This is not how they should be operating food and then trying to pass off me getting a lesser amount than what I paid for. Shame on this location! I will never go to this location again. I am familiar with the mozzarella sticks because my daughter and I share, she gets 3 and I get 3. I understand a lot of the Rally's locations have closed but this is not the time to skimp on safety or customer service. The honest thing would have been to say, oh ma'am, I dropped one of your items, do you mind pulling to the side so we can re-cook it. But instead, they tried to give me my food in hopes that I did not notice. Very shady! Based off of this incident, this location should be closed as well.

Service was really great, but the food was just not good. My French fries were sweet tasting because they are fried in the same fryer as the cheesecake bites. The cheesecake bites had hardly any filling in them because it bled out while frying. My burger was not great. I usually like Rallys but it wasn't that great.

3:32am. ‘Keke’ or ‘Keisha’ and her staff/team. Hot fresh food, fast. Crazy for a fast food place at 3:30am. If you’re leaving bourbon come see these people for food
