  Ehh could better staff but much better than the last building they had there before upgrading to this one so it’s a so so for me.

  TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE … The manager need a real reality check. She have a nasty attitude and think she can talk to people any kind of way including her employees. She better be lucky I didn’t have a drink to throw in her face !!!!

  Rude employees and poor service. Cannot follow simple directions and get angry when you ask them to correct their mistakes. There is a reason why their ratings are so low, as it appears this is a common problem. What is sad is, the facility is otherwise very nice, as it is a modern location built to McDonald’s most up to date specifications. It could be so much better, but unfortunately it appears as though we cannot have nice things.

  Walked in and ordered a few things. Walked to the counter, three people seemed like trying to avoid me without eye contact. Asked for a cup of water and was told they don’t give out water not in a nice way. Worst experience in New Orleans!

  I know I'm late, but I really wanted to shout out the McDonald's on St. Charles, especially the manager (I believe her name was Nunu) and the staff. During the Muses parade, a friend of mine was having a medical situation and really needed water. I walked up to the drive-thru window just asking for a cup, and Nunu personally helped us. When we needed a little extra, she didn't hesitate. In the middle of Mardi Gras chaos, that kindness meant everything! I'm not sure if the porta-potties were provided by the store or the city, but that was also such a helpful touch and very appreciated. We didn't even get food, but they still helped us out with a bun and water without any issue. Also, the remodel looks great! It has such a clean, futuristic vibe. Just really grateful that kind people still exist. Thank you again!
