  Sat in the drive-thru for almost 10 min. Not because the customer in front of me was still ordering but the cashier was holding up the line. The only reason I waited so long was because I was buying food for a homeless person. Everytime I come to this location there is always a wait, and they are rude! I recommend they shut this location down or find better managers, they are one and the same with their cashiers. Absolutely Horrible! I been to busier locations that move faster.

  How is this place still in business? Just sat in line for 30 min and found out when I got to the front that they were t taking orders (and hadn’t actually been taking orders for a while). They had no idea they had a line of cars waiting.

  Went thru drive thru this morning for my breakfast oatmeal. Lady on the speaker was polite with an upbeat tone. When I got to the window she confirmed I was the oatmeal mobile order and said to drive up to the next window. I noticed it was her making my order. I asked if she was working both windows, and she smiled and replied just until someone makes it in. I asked her name, and it is Chastity. I want to take a moment and commend you on an EXCELLENT demonstration of A1 customer service Chastity. You could’ve allowed this morning’s lack of staff and help cause you to be rude or unhappy- but you didn’t and chose the opposite. Thank You. It didn’t go unnoticed! I believe you deserve recognition.. Great Job!!!

  They gave me cold, salty fries. The bread was hard and the lettuce was brown on my McChicken sandwich. Also they got my other order wrong. I asked for a 4 piece McCrispy meal and they gave me the McCrispy sandwich. I will never return to this McDonald's at night.

  Don't go to this McDonald's, its pitiful like the city of New Orleans. Long wait for order, order not correct how you like it and they really have bad services here. Save your money and keep it pushing.
