  I run a business right across the street, so I want to love this location, but the customer service has become consistently terrible. Every time I walk in, there is no greeting or acknowledgment. The staff—mostly younger employees—act like serving customers is a major inconvenience. Yesterday, the young lady making my sandwich literally threw it onto the counter at me. No "thank you," no professionalism, just bad attitudes. I’m a frequent customer, but at this point, I’d rather go elsewhere than deal with the disrespect.

  I order from this Jimmy John's weekly & without fail it takes at least an hour to get my food. I will continue to order from this Jimmy John's because it is near my work & it is the cheapest option, but it is not Freaky Fast.

  Customer service was nonexistent. I understand it’s Jimmy John’s and I’m not expecting a lot, but when I went I basically spoke to myself and took my own order, having mute staff does no good. The CO2 on the fountain machine was clearly out. Everything was flat. They were out of the seeded wheat as well. Bad experience, won’t be going back inside. But I’ll order online again

  After over an hour of waiting, my food never came and I had to call and cancel my order. I live less than a mile away. Get yalls shit together.
