It felt like they didn’t care about the customers at all. I asked a simple question and the attitude I got back was not friendly at all. The food was okay, but the service really ruined the experience. I hope management works on customer service because people come here expecting a better experience. As much as I love five guys. Unfortunately this will be my last time

Didn’t taste my sauce on my burger which usually gives it the pop I’m looking for. And the shake was more liquified than usual and tasted off. Thought spoiled, but not sure- the taste is Off. Scared to drink it so $6 wasted. Bummed.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
