  There's a big reason why this place is always empty. And that's because it's rubbish.Eating at this place is a waste of your money. Everything I ordered was wrong, including the Coca-Cola and the old, hard, inedible potato chips.

  Slow service food was like anyother wendys, and our order took more than 15 mn to get. Only good thing about this place was that we were the only people in there.

  frosty machine always broken for chocolate. not sure vanilla is biggest selling vs vanilla but vanilla seems to be ok more than chocolate. also, tired of standing at counter for mintues with all employees walking around and looking at me with none of them asking to help... so great a lost is good customer service.

  Worked efficiently despite being short-staffed, but the nuggets were a little soggy, though. People were nice, not too crowded.

  This was my fourth time giving this location a chance, and unfortunately, it was another disappointing experience. My food is consistently served cold, and the service is extremely slow every time I visit. On this visit, the drive-through was closed, so I had to go inside — which I usually avoid — and the dining area was visibly dirty. What made the experience worse was watching my hamburger sit on the counter for about five minutes for no reason while the employee talked with friends instead of serving customers. I genuinely want to support this location, but the repeated issues with cold food, poor cleanliness, and inattentive service make it very difficult. Management really needs to address these problems.
