  I came here to cheat on my diet cause I’m a big back, I ordered the baconator and some fry’s. I got pulled to the side on my 30min lunch break. Time matters. Once I got the food I pulled back to my work place to sit in my car and devour what I couldn’t wait for! Then bam, no bacon at all on my sandwich. It’s called the bacontor for a reason. My drink was also flat. My brain was expecting a nice crisp refresher just for it to taste like it had been left in the sun for a week and put into a dispenser. Told my colleagues about this and turns out the week before my co worker ordered the same thing and her BACON was missing. Is someone playing a cruel joke or is a bacon thief around. Either way it goes check your sandwich before driving off at this location.

  Long read here,lol. So first of all we pull up at the drive thru and asked the lady to please give us a second and 10 seconds later she said "are you ready yet?" Ma'am there is no one behind us and we couldn't see the menu from further back, we told her just give a us a minute please. I thought maybe she hadn't heard us the first time. She then proceeded to say well "you're on a timer!" in a rude way! Anyways we rushed our order and could barely understand her because she mumbled the whole time. We pull to the window and my husband handed her a $100 bill and she looked at us so rudely and said she couldn't break it, which ofc is understandable but why be rude about it? She gives us our drinks with no straws and tells us to pull forward to wait for our chicken. My sister ran into the restroom and while she was in there decides to grab ketchup and straws so they wouldn't have to come out twice once they brought us our food. She makes it back to the car and they only gave a her like 4 packets of ketchup even though she asked for a good bit. The same lady brought out our food and my husband asked if we could get extra ketchup and she says "we can't hand out ketchup" then proceeds to points in the backseat at my sister and say "I already gave her some anyways"! 🤣 I don't know what her problem was, the food was very good, but the service was just crap! Oh well!

  I wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemies. Perfect place for a whataburger.
