  Please make sure you really check your burger. Asked and paid for three different types of burgers ( #1 meal, #2 meal and the new cheesy bacon cheese burger) got to the hotel room and found out we got 3 identical burgers. Meat, cheese and bacon.

  I arrived to New Orleans on 2/12/26 and decided to stop at Wendy's since we just got into town. Instead of using the drive thru to avoid the order we went inside. Not busy and didn't wait long but after getting my order I left with it and make the mistake of not checking the order. After getting to my hotel, my chilli was missing and the two cheese burgers were flat and greasy. The lettuce was very wilted and the fried were cold. It was only a 2 minute drive to my room from Wendy's which shows this was a cold order.

  This morning, we started with breakfast at Wendy’s. Our hotel at Maison Saint Charles provided coffee at the lobby. So Tom went to Wendy’s next door just for the biscuits. At Wendy’s, unlike Popeye’s , there weren’t any posters that indicated what were the deals that were on. So Tom just ordered what would be a nice breakfast sandwich – the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. At $3.59 per biscuit, it would be comparable to a sandwich at McDonald’s in Singapore. However, after Tom ordered, the lady mentioned that it was on offer at $1. $1 for a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit! 😱 Tom then ordered 2 for a grand total of $2.22 inclusive of taxes. Also, the biscuit turned out to be better than the one we had at Charleston and we paid 2 for #$3 then. Later, we found out that the $1 biscuit deal is only for a limited time only for breakfasts till 1030am...   I payed for a biggie bag and and exra nugget and they messed up my order didnt give me a receipt and had an attitude in return…. I’m utterly disappointed as someone who works in the food industry do better for real!!!

  Horrible service and insanely rude staff. Gave my burger back twice and still they got it wrong. The manager was so ugly and when I said that’s fine I just want my money back. They didn’t know how to refund a card so they gave it to me in cash but spoke no words and just handed me the money and shoooed me away with their hand. Just horrible. I mean you get paid to provide a service and if it’s wrong that’s ok I gave the opportunity for them to fix twice then she didn’t want to fix it and said we have no tomatoes. All with a bothered demeanor… like I did something. Customer service was horrid and if I could give a zero I would. So disappointed.
