  Worst service EVER!! If I could give 0 stars I would! I placed an order through the app that I paid for and did not pick up, so when I attempted to call to see what was going on the man who answered said that I just had to cancel within the app. I told him that it does not allow that option that it had to be canceled and refunded on there end. He proceeded to tell me he couldn’t do it, so I told him I knew the manager and asked for his name. After which he refused to give me and hung up in my face. I called back and a lady answered who was just as rude. She refused to give me either of their names and told me she didn’t have to. So, once I arrived in town I went to the store to speak with the manager whom I assumed would be a bit more professional. She didn’t seem the least bit concerned and told me that they can’t cancel an order without her once she’s gone and closes the register; mind you it’s 3:30 in the afternoon. Even after telling her that they were rude, unprofessional, hung up in my face, and marked my ordered as “picked up” although I had not yet set foot in the store at the time it was scanned as picked up. She then told me that there was nothing she could do that she could only suggest I dispute it with my bank.

  The service was A+ The servicer was a good listener. She asked questions. Offered options and made everything fresh! The only disappointment was when I cashed out with a card and applied a tip...the tip only goes to the Manager. So if you want to leave a tip bring cash and place it in the server's hand.

  Everytime I go to that particular store, my order is placed and the food is made quickly. The employees always speak and have nice attitudes. My last order sadly I wasn't able to complete on the app and it was lunch time so I had to go in store and order. It didn't dawn on me that other people in the area had the same taste buds as myself and also wanted Subway... on that ONE day I think I waited 10-15 minutes but that's it ( mind you is was like 1215pm) the peak of lunch... For some reason the Subway app didn't show that location as an option to order ahead...
