    I work next door to this location. My second time eating here. It’s time I had 4 pieces of chicken on my sandwich. This time same thing, I paid for double meat, but did not get it. They purposely do this save on food costs. Complete rip off…. Will not be returning.

    Stay away from these people they charged me 15 bucks for a foot long sandwich which is 10 dollars elsewhere in the city!

    *1/5 stars - Disappointing Experience at Subway on Royal Street* I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent visit to the Subway location at 112 Royal Street in New Orleans. The spinach in my salad bowl was almost rotten, and the lettuce smelled terrible. When I brought this to the owner's attention, he was completely unapologetic and dismissive, insisting that no one else had complained about the quality of the vegetables. Not only was the food subpar, but the customer service was also appalling. The owner's refusal to acknowledge my concerns and his repeated assertions that the produce was fine were infuriating. I ended up taking a bite, spitting it out, and later throwing up. To make matters worse, I had paid for a salad bowl that I couldn't even eat. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of quality and service. Unfortunately, this Subway location fell far short of my expectations. Unless they improve their food quality and customer service, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

    WAY overpriced! Got a 6" turkey and a drink (no chips) and it was $13! Definitely trying to cash in on tourists, which is a shame. You can get a huge po-boy from an authentic Nola restaurant for just a few bucks more. Bread wasn't fresh, the lettuce was turning brown, tomatoes super mushy and the spinach was wilted.
