  Rude employees who act as though doing their job is somehow their fault. Be prepared for ugly attitudes from surly faces, down-turned mouths that seldom if ever smile, and bad manners behind the counter as you try to get their absurd tap-to-pay to work with the Faraday Cage that is the building that houses this place. Such incivility speaks to a mindset that is entitled and privileged: gimme a paycheck because I am me! Some employees in the service industries need to learn where their pay comes from--selling a product with a smile and a bit of compassion. When you treat a customer poorly and they walk away leaving without buying anything and burdening you with food waste that will further negatively impact revenue, don't be surprised when the franchise owner arches an eyebrow and demands to know why the location is underperforming. Again, some people just act as though they are entitled to a paycheck they did not earn. They think their mere presence creates the money they take home. This place will go down hill until many all the folks behind the counter who want to make their bad day the customer's problem have been let go and the management is trained in how to motivate employees and weed out the poor performers.

  Absolutely low grade attitudes toward customers, their jobs & even themselves. 2 young ladies spent more time gossipping to each other about the customers that were in front of them than actually being good at any of their job directives. You'd feel better eating a knuckle sandwich than eating a Subway Sandwich from this place! #Geezus!

  I've never been denied free water at any food establishment as I always provide my own cup. There is a first time for everything. I decided not to finish my transaction and got a salad from Rouse's down the street. So glad I did that! They have a great prepared foods section! I'm glad the employees at Subway were so rude or I may have ended up eating a subpar sandwich instead
