When I said what is going on here she said it was because of tax so I told her to print me a receipt and she said get out of my store. Will most definitely be reporting her and the entire store. As well, I should’ve called the cops on her.

This location does not follow standard practices of Subway by any stretch of the imagination. The sandwich I ordered had almost no meat, and a very small shred of cheese. When I brought this to their attention, they refused to refund my money. I'm never going back.
- TRTania RoubionJun 15, 20251.0I ordered 2 footlongs online from this restaurant. The sandwich has such little meat, it was shameful. The lady splits all servings in half. Her cheese triangles aren’t half of a square; they are one-fourth of a square. She puts a 6inch serving of meat in a foot long. Anything to cut costs. When I went back to the store to have my sandwiches corrected or refunded, she acted like she didn’t understand the problem. She told me to dispute the charge with my bank.

When I said "I dont have enough on me I wish I knew that before you made them" the lady glared at me and told me she didnt like my attitude and I didnt hear the mumbled things after that. Lots of trash talk between the workers against the company itself during my short visit. I own a business myself and if my employees acted like that I would fire them that day no doubt. I have never seen a subway in such disarray corporate subway should just force close this place in all honesty. Its a slap in the face to a restaurant that is typically a safe bet when I am traveling.
