  I purchased a Ham footlong and the ham was old and spoiled. I took a bite and it tasted weird. So I asked my husband to take a bite and immediately he said it’s the ham. I took the sandwich back and got a refund. I asked to see the meat because it’s covered in the display case, you can’t see the different meats but I can see the frozen old vegetables. I asked to see the ham that they were serving The ham looked like cartoon meat I told them to taste it they refused. I told them to throw that ham in the garbage can before someone gets sick. This was yesterday 1/9/26.

  I am currently parked in front of the Subway sandwich shop on Lake Forest in New Orleans East never eat here because as I'm waiting for my food to get ready at Red Apple, I see the employee sweep the floor then sweep the table with the broom never in my life have I seen such a thing gross.

  If I could give it 0 stars I would. I came in on my lunch break. And not only did they have rotten slimy moldy cucumbers sitting in the pan, when I notified the person worker he didn’t pull the pan out. I mentioned to him I was pregnant so the fact that he still proceeded to place them on my sandwich was insane, I immediately removed them before we checked out. Trying to not cause issues I got back to work and tried to eat it but the rest of the produce on my sandwich smelt old which made me rightfully nervous to consume. I threw it away immediately. I also ordered a cookie. It had the worst flavor and texture like it was also old and rotten. I’m a big fan of subway cookies and I that was definitely not the quality standard. The only edible thing was the bag of chips I bought. This was the worst food experience I’ve ever had. I will never return to this location again.

  I decided that I wanted to eat Subway tonight on Lake Forest Boulevard. I should’ve second-guess Myself and went to Popeyes And I always enjoy Subway, but this time the sandwich was very dry. The guy hardly put any meat on my sandwich as well as all the other toppings, I asked for my sandwich was very dry and I had hair inside of my wrapper I won’t be back at this location ever !! I wish I could’ve gave this place zero stars Go spend your money somewhere else

  The young man there was not friendly at all I placed an online order which wasn't ready in time and the portion was very bare I asked for a cup of sauce he said they don't have any...very poor customer service
