The menu states that they may use foreign/imported crawfish at times. It comes with a biscuit, and I also ordered a side of grits with cheese. For my non water beverage I ordered a mimosa, and it was what I expect from a mimosa. The atmosphere is welcoming. I look forward to my next visit!

The worst part, my cousin ordered an omelette with toast. He instead, received a biscuit. When he informed the waitress, she asked if he wanted her to take it. To which he responded yes. The waitress then grabbed the biscuit from his plate with her bare hands. When I asked why she would do that, she said “what? I only touched the biscuit?”. Defending herself instead of apologizing. I have been trying to contact the owner for a week but I’m always told to call at times I can’t seem to reach them. As experienced food scientist so I know that grabbing a biscuit with your bare hands is not a proper way to handle food. I would appreciate a response.
