As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.
Many customers reported rude and unprofessional behavior from employees, with several noting long wait times and poor service.

I came here around 5:20 on Sunday Jan 11th 2026. Nobody was in the drive through but me. I made a VERY SIMPLE order 2 for $4.50 I order 2 fish sandwiches ADD cheese and a order of the strawberry cheesecake bites. Some how that all add up to $10.22. that's fine not expensive w.e. the girl didn't give me a receipt. Get my food and checked after I left and the strawberry cheesecake bites weren't hot but fine for me to eat then I check my fish to get ready to eat..... Both of them were cold, both had so much tartar sauce one bun was soggy and both had no cheese. I went back and told her my sandwiches were wrong (the cook looked irritated that he had to fix them) and I get them back not even 2 mins later (obviously didn't re make them fresh) both still cold and flooded with tartar not to mention now cold cheese on cold sandwiches.
Very disappointing. Either I need money back from this or comped food. I work at The Mortuary and have never had problems before like this

There was only one employee working the drive through, the lobby, and the kitchen. Not only is that chaotic, but it's also not safe to have one employee working. The entire restaurant at night.

I live about 2 blocks away from this establishment and I thought “oh, they’re open at the moment. I’ll go here because it’s so late (1:45am). I waited almost 15mins for someone to come to the window and almost 20mins to receive my order (a sandwich and fries). When she initially opened the walk up window, there was a pungent smell. I should’ve ran to my car then. After I paid, I asked the manger if she could put ketchup in the bag and she said they were out. I asked if she could put a bbq sauce in the bag and she tried charging me lol. Like, how could you charge someone for an improvisation when you guys ran out of something? She also seemed irritated like I was the reason why she couldn’t leave. No sweetie, your schedule is the reason and kindness goes a long way. Wish I could give zero stars. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE AT ALLLLL!
