- BFBecca FNov 30, 20255.0A great affordable alternative to Francolinis if you’re craving a giant Italian sub/hoagie/grinder. You get more food per dollar and the sandwiches are really good. Plus, sometimes they have Dirt in the dessert section of the cooler. I hope this place sticks around. Better than the sandwich place across the street, too!

This place needs to be shut down on customer service alone!!!! I ordered 3 sandwiches through DoorDash only recieved 2. Called primo, they hung up at first then they told my husband to come up and fight him! Over a sandwich!!! Because they wouldn’t correct it. The manager screamed at us, over us asking it to be corrected. We will never order from here again!!!!

Then while eating( 2 bites in ) the guy said they're closing the lobby in 3 minutes. I work in a restaurant and the vibe was night and day from what we provide. Hospitality 0/10

The place has a laid-back, welcoming vibe that makes you want to hang around for a while. CJ, the manager, truly stood out — not only was he attentive and personable, but he also clearly takes pride in making sure every customer has a great experience. He suggested a few hoagies based on what I usually like, and nailed it with the recommendation. The sandwich was packed with flavor, the meat was sliced just right, and the veggies were crisp and fresh. You can tell this place values quality and customer care equally. Whether you’re a hoagie fan or just hungry for something satisfying, this spot is worth checking out. I’ll definitely be back soon!
