- TWTammie WilliamsSep 24, 20251.0Latest take out experience was absolutely disappointing. Crew did not practice cleanliness - Nor did it phase them when addressed. I witnessed a young lady prepare my pizza after "tossing her long braids, playing on her cell phone... and go directly to pick up the pizza dough. There were shoes sitting idle in the corner. I inquired about training/preparation process with another "team member" about who owned this franchise/location and he simply replied "a black couple" No names, info beyond that! You know I was ready to make a call! Asked if they used sanitary protection (hair nets, caps, gloves) and they don't - He said "they wash their hands! I have a nice video - I'm confused... they advertise "touchless" however, in preparation visible contamination at it's best. A follow up telephone call was placed to inquire about team members and unfortunately, the gentleman on the telephone advised "Ma'am, that was Me" not professional. Proper training in sanitation, customer service lacking. I would love to speak with the "new owners" - Searching LA Corporations immediately! Clean up your act Franchise #.... ??? It is my wish to speak with upper management... Escalate please if anyone knows
