    Customer service is horrendous. Store manager is the epitome of what awful leadership looks like. Whole team needs to be retrained or replaced

    First of all no greeting when you enter, placed my order on line the app said ready when I made it there order was wrong, I order wings and pizza got two order of wings slid to me on the counter, had to wait for them to make my pizza finally received my pizza open the box it was build all wrong toppings on the bottom cheese on top of the toppings couldn't tell what was on my pizza, told the workers it was made wrong, I was told that's how they make them. Won't be going back to that one. Horrible customer service from the cashier to the cook.

    Slow service experience. I ordered over the phone for a pickup & when I got there 20 minutes later, i was told my order wasn't processes yet. Another 20 minutes of wait time😑
