- DTDee TaylorFeb 11, 20192.0Tried this place for breakfast and thought let's give it another shot for lunch ..bad decision. Both times SLOW waited way too long for my food. Young lady with LSU hoodie on, which I've been informed she is the MANAGER Crystal (guess this is the new uniform) was the one I encountered both times. Her customer service SUCKS and attitude on 10. I asked during breakfast why has 3 orders that contained a sausage have come out including 2 chicken sandwiches that were made during breakfast for a Walmart employee. All these people made their order after mines, which was 2 sausage mc muffin. When asked why it took so long got no response just like I got no response when I said good morning and or thank you. When we got our lunch I said thank you and no response. Customer service at its worst is what I encountered today. She needs to do better especially if she's the manager.
