Me and my father had a horrible experience You wanted me to share what happened 11/23/25 @ about 8:50pm we was trying to order on a kiosk without a phone I was having a little difficulty and That's when the manager can be had an encounter being rude to us and rushing us to order! Me and my father looked at our phone and saw that it was only 9:00 so we believe that we had like an hour less than stuff the door say not be closed at 10:00 but we was informed by the manager that she's closing it now in a rudely way so out of frustration and irritation we left without ordering She could have been more considerate and more patient

Did a mobile order, but when I got to the window, they couldn’t find it. I gave them my receipt for 2 sandwiches, 2 fries, nuggets, a root beer, and a Sprite. They gave me just the sandwiches and nuggets, plus the wrong drinks. After correcting them, I got one Sprite, waited again, then had to remind them I was still missing the fries and root beer. Root beer machine was down, so I took another Sprite. The fries ended up undercooked, and both Sprites were flat.

I pulled up at 10:33 and they said they wouldn't make my order because they closed at 10:30 even though like I had already paid for it and everything. Now I have to wait a whole week to get my money back and it's just because these people couldn't be assed to make a pretty simple order. I'm struggling and instead of having a nice McDonald's meal I now have just no money and no burgers, nothing. Just disappointment and an empty stomach. Do better.
