  I went for breakfast early in the morning no line or anything and order a big breakfast meal I pulled off went home without checking my bag and I didn’t have any pancakes in my bags but had the eggs the hash brown and biscuits but no pancakes which is the main thing you should put first

  One of the best if not the best in Orleans parish. My food has never been cold regardless what time of day I've ordered.

  fries were cold, no napkins, two drinks one straw, no salt, no ketchup, and it looks like it was just thrown together from the other side of the room

  Drive thru workers need to learn that no one has time to lie about syrup. I ordered 2 orders of Hotcakes, and no syrup was in the bag. When I asked for some...he stated it was in the bag. I informed him that none was in the bag. I asked for #4- 2 for each order. He gave me 3. I asked for 1 more and informed him that I have 2 orders of Hotcakes . He kept stating it's in the bag. Like who lies about a .50cent pack of syrup...smh! Had to literally open the bag and show him none was in the bag. Really pitiful! Customer service industry is not the place for some people. I was literally about to say...take all the food back and give me my money! Honesty is a lost trait,but some of us still are!
