This McDonald's is on the way to work let me start there. I have gone through the drive thru 4 different times. 2 times using a mobile order and 1 time ordering at the speaker all during breakfast. Today I order at the speaker they confirm it. I get to the window they swipe my card and I take the receipt without looking and put it on the seat. I get to the next window and the gentleman hands me food that not mine. He and two other people go back and forth about the order and request my receipt. They realize I was overcharged at the first window. Needless to say from the time I ordered to the time I got my order was 13 minutes, I know this because I took a call after I ordered. Each time I have gone here the drive thru never gets it 💯.

Sat in line for 10-15 minutes at 10:15 pm only to be told they are only accepting mobile and uber eats orders. No signs. No employees warning people in the very long line. If this is their way of trying to force people to download their app, all they they’ve done is lost a customer. I have a hungry six-year-old in my car after a show downtown. They absolutely refused to take a regular order with a credit card. Since when is this required?
