  One of the worst McDonald's locations I've ever been to - Staff are extremely rude - drive-thru experience took 18 minutes to complete and once I got my burger it looked like total crap was completely disheveled - patty's sticking one and a half inches outside of the bun this is just a lazy place where they make really bad burgers and they're rude don't go here or you will be frustrated

  Worst McDonalds ever 0/10 would never come again Workers are mad at you that they work here Don’t do refills, they told me that I’d have to buy another Waited over 30 mins at the counter for the worst service Honestly made me rethink my life decisions

  There's absolutely no reason to have to wait over 30 mins in a drive through for a pick up order. Its supposed to be fast food. Key word: FAST, which this location never is.

  My son when and pick up and order I place, and 1 person told him that the order wasn't ready after 10 minutes another person told him that he didn't check in and they don't see an order although he give them the name,then they told him to get my phone, so my Son came and got my phone,and got it, and he called me from the store, instead of them tell me how to do it they didn't when I was in the phone so my son hung up and that when everything went to hell,but they still didn't want to give him the order even though he had my debit card on him and the email, that I paid for it,they didn't even want to give him the order, so i went back their 2 minutes late and 2 staff member were still talking about it and I told them that was my (blank) son and it's surprised me where they are still talking about the issue and when I said something then things was changed Wow, also I was talking to 2 women and ase we was talking a guy jumped in and then that's when I got pist off at this point because 3 people was talking and I told him to shut up because they were already trying to explain and he got mad and walked away, at that point I didn't Care, they need to to retrain the staff at this location because this is not the first time someone has complained, but this was the first time for me, and it's doesn't explain after you place a order what's next on their site, the lady in their had to walk me though it and it's a shame.
