  Mr. Charles, "Chuck", was our server and he did an outstanding job beginning with his recommendations regarding menu items, his excellent customer service, and a great attitude. We dined outside on the balcony overlooking the lake which had a great view. The meal was delicious. For an appetizer, we ordered the recommended crawfish bread and we enjoyed the house salad and fried seafood platter.

  We had one of the most disappointing dining experiences at Landry’s Seafood House in New Orleans. Our bill was nearly $200, and my husband ordered a medium well steak. What was served was clearly undercooked, with a bright red center and large sections of unrendered fat. It was nowhere close to medium well. For a restaurant at this price point, there is no excuse for serving steak in that condition. When the issue was brought to our waitress’s attention, she told us to cut into the steak and check it. The fact that we even had to verify the doneness ourselves after ordering medium well was frustrating. The most concerning part of the experience was the manager’s behavior. He was rude, dismissive, and showed no professionalism. There was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to offer a proper resolution. No effort was made to make the situation right. Instead of addressing a legitimate concern respectfully, we were treated as if we were the problem. When customers are paying premium prices, they expect properly prepared food and competent management. We received neither. Poor food quality combined with unprofessional management creates an unacceptable dining experience. We will not be returning to this location or any other location.

  The staff was very, very nice, the restaurant was very clean and our waiter Mike made us feel very welcoming. I will definitely go back and eat at this restaurant.

  The food & atmosphere are excellent! Great place to take your family when they come to visit New Orleans. Our waiter Rich is the man! Rich was pleasant, knowledgable,, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

  Tolles Restaurant mit wunderbarem Ausblick und sehr leckerem Essen. Der Red Fish Hemingway ist eine absolute Empfehlung. Broilers Platter war auch super. Super netter Service durch Nicole!
