  Awful customer service. I called to check on my order and without asking any information the guy on the phone would only keep telling me "it's on the way" without asking my name or order #. He said the driver had 5 deliveries so "you have to wait". The driver was nice once he got here, but whoever answered the phone needs some serious customer service training.

  Best Veggie Sandwich I've had in a while. They had the sandwich in my hand by the time my receipt was printed. And for less than $10 for a regular size.

  I ordered a veggie. The one on the left is what I received. I took an uber home and realized this is what I received. I had to personally drive back after calling and they gave me the sandwich on the right. I went here because of the franchise, but it is definitely not up to par of any place that upholds the name. I appreciated the manager correcting the order, but a veggie sandwich being messed up leaves little to wonder…

  The cousin of the McDonald's of Subway's. You're here because it's a Tuesday or Wednesday, other affordable lunch restaurants in the vicinity are closed, you can't do another mediocre po-boy, and you just can't anymore. Had to ask for napkins. Tables weren't wiped clean. A point added for nice staff.
