  We intentionally put this order in much earlier that we would have thought to based on the previous experience at this store taking an absurdly long time. We arrived to pick up our order roughly 30 minutes after placing it. The sandwiches not only weren’t ready but the employees hadn’t started making them yet. They did, however, take delivery and in-store orders and make those orders while I was in the store before starting to make mine.

  This place is a dumpster fire. On numerous occasions I’ve ordered online more than 20 minutes before I planned to pick up and my order STILL isn’t ready when I arrive. Most regular restaurants do a better job than this freaky slow Jimmy John’s location. I am writing my review currently as I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for food.

  We had pre ordered 10 minutes before going to pick up the order, and they made sandwiches for anyone who walked in or a delivery driver. And we are sitting inside for 30 minutes before they even start to make my order. There were 2 workers.

  This place is bad . I’m not the only one who thinks so I see . Worst jimmy John’s experience for sure . Very unfriendly staff . I’ve had much better service from a vending machine .

  Why is this the only location in the world that is always out of something? Twice they've been out of bread, and now out of oil and vinegar. How?
