They just don't know what they're doing, and lack the ability to follow the directions of how to precisely execute the food preparation. The fries don't taste right, and this is the staple of five guys. I don't know if it's the training or the management, but the young people working the restaurant or obviously clueless and suck at their job. It's making fries, it's not complicated. They obviously simply lack the skill and job skills or will to do a good job.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries.
