I tried calling the store to speak to the manager and was told he won’t be in until tomorrow AFTER 4pm. so I can’t get my food remade nor a refund until tomorrow and to top it off MARK hung the phone up in my face mid sentence and not no one is answering the phone. That is VERY unprofessional I expect my food to be remade and or a refund. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FORM A PLACE LIKE THIS … I wouldn’t recommend to order on a Sunday at all. The Sunday staff is VERY VERY RUDE ESPECIALLY MARK & HE IS THE ONE THAT HANDED ME THE COLD FOOD UPON DELIVERY !!!!!!!

I asked for napkins, and he informed me they were out, then walked away. Before leaving, I decided to check my order and, upon opening the box, I noticed hair on my pizza. I immediately went inside and asked to speak with the store manager. He identified himself as Josh. I explained that I was upset because finding hair in my food is completely unacceptable. While he did process my refund as requested, he showed no concern or compassion regarding the issue. I’m very disappointed because this has always been my favorite domino’s location. I hope this matter is taken seriously, and that steps are implemented such as requiring staff to wear hair nets to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

At 7:40pm some guy knocked on my door. When I have the note to call me, I will come out to the street. After waiting for my order that was late. The delivery guy did not even have the Coca-Cola that I ordered.
