- MMMegan MorrishFeb 16, 20261.0So my husband and I were exhausted, and had to rest up so , we decided to order for a delivery to our hotel. My husband is on the road and does this all the time . And usually is informed by the delivery person that the order is at the desk. He and I waited over 1.50 minutes and didn't hear anything. He tried to call there was no answer so I called about the order. They said we'll the order would not make it to the room , I said why didn't the delivery person tell my husband the order was at the desk. Like he usually gets informed. She had no answer for that. I asked how long would it take for a new order she said 30 minutes to cook then delivery after that. I said we are not waiting and to return my husband's money. I sent an email to the head office to this exact location thanks to GOOLE. And can only hope that he does get his money back . If not will take it up with his bank and the BBB . Who will look into it for us. And since there are other reviews about the same issue from the same location. I can only hope this gets resolved in a timely fashion. And hopefully better procedures going forward. Don't order from here if you want cold pizza or no pizza and have them lie about sending you the refund.

Oh he left it in the lobby. Bad service. Store phone mailbox is full. Nobody answers. Avoid this place. Supposed to get a refund but will believe it when I see it

I live around the block, and whether it’s dead slow summer, or busy Mardi Gras- they always get my food out quick and consistent. Ms. Sandy runs that place like a navy ship I love her!
