The good attention, the bad thing, was that he just went for a pizza, and I got a big hair in the middle.

Monday, September 29th around 5:30pm! Lady answers phone and is rude! TypicalNew Orleans behavior. Rude!!!!!!! She hung up on me. Three times! The delivery app wasn’t tracking my order and said it was delivered on time. I live in thr MAGNOLIA PROJECTS!!!!!! So of course I was worried. So I stood outside and waiting for the driver. I called several times to the store and the person answered the phone with a dismissive and rude attitude. She should not represent your company anymore. She should not work there anymore. She should in fact not work anywhere in public service or for hospitality, as she is completely inept and not capable of being a proper representative for any company. She was so rude. It was disgusting. I’ve never in my life and spoken to you that way. She kept telling me that I was wrong And that my driver had delivered the order. But he had not delivered my order and I waited outside in the hot Louisiana weather for 20 minutes. Finally some guy shows up with my food and it’s ice cold. I don’t care about the ice cold dude I don’t care about the bad pizza I don’t care about the undercooked pizza. I don’t care they didn’t follow the instructions on my delivery. The food was cold and nasty. They did not follow the instructions, but I don’t care about any of that I care about the fact that the person that answered the phone was so rude. I will never order from Domino’s ever again. In New Orleans. I can order Domino’s in Santa Cruz, California. I can order Domino’s in Miami. I can order Domino’s in New York City I can order Domino’s in Dallas, Texas. I can order Domino’s in Cheyenne, Wyoming and it will never be this bad. I spend my career traveling for a living and I eat dominoes everywhere. But this is the worst Domino’s on the planet. I know this because I live here in New Orleans. There’s no other worst dominoes than in New Orleans. Every single dominoes in New Orleans and every single restaurant fast food was is filled full of hateful mean people. They do not need to work in customer service. New Orleans is the worst city on the planet when it comes to Customer Service. People call it the big easy, I call It’s the big lazy! I cannot express enough about how much the people that are answering the phones and working in customer service at the Domino’s in New Orleans need to be fired and replaced with people that care. If I go to Chick-fil-A, they will be kind and sweet to me but if I go to Taco Bell, Domino’s McDonald’s or Burger King they’re all trash. Same as Popeyes. Popeyes in Baton Rouge and Popeyes in Shreveport Louisiana are so much better than New Orleans. This town is completely disgusting and I can’t stand it anymore. The people are so rude and people hate each other. This is the worst dominoes on the planet. Please fire this employee and replace them with someone who actually cares. You do not get this kind of service at canes or Chick-fil-A.

I ordered a pizza and it never got delivered. I checked the status and it claimed that they had already sent it out and the order was complete. I called customer service multiple times, but nobody answered the phone and I got sent to voicemail. Thankfully I chose to pay in cash because otherwise I would have wasted my money just like I wasted my time.
