    We bought an unlimited because we were told it was the best. We couldn’t play games together and certain ones were off limits. Lost 30 minutes of game play

    Worst bar staff I've seen. You would have to seriously try to be that bad. Went on a Monday night. It was not busy. There were about 4 people seated at the bar, and 1or 2 at tables. Every time it would still take 10 minutes or more to walk up and get a drink, which also tasted terrible. One lady that was waiting in front of me got her drink and gave the bartender her card. The bartender took her card and her drink, poored the drink out, ran her card, and when she came back the lady asked where her drink was. The bartender was extremely rude to her and said "Uh, I gave it to you". The lady said "Then you took it" and the bartender just walked off. The lady complained to the manager, and said how long we all were waiting and how rude she was. The manager didnt seem to care either. Another person came up and complained that there was glass in their drink. The staff there really just ruined everything else.

    No one at front desk to direct you. Games are great but alot of unsupervised teens being rowdy around younger kids.

    Terrible service we waited over an hour for food that was over cooked(shrimp pasta)and the Salad was wilted the lettuce looke old. We waited a hour for a salad with grilled chicken, then another 40 mins for the pasta, and we never received the fries we ordered.Our server forgot about us and was rude. She never even explained what happened. The only thing that was a benefit was the comped half of our meal.This was the worst service I've ever had. Half of the games didn't work. And the elevator smelled like urine.

    Waiter: Excellent! Asa took very good care of us. Food: Decent, although they were out of a few things. Atmosphere: Exactly what you'd expect for this type of place. Games: Most disappointing part of our visit. Roughly half of the machines were out of order.
