    Chrissy was literally the best bartender I’ve ever met! We’ve been here multiple times and every single time, she’s amazing. She has a great personality. She gave us great recommendations on food, drinks, and games & updated on how long our food would be. Her drinks were absolutely amazing! She should definitely be a trainer or a manager!

    Worst Dave and Buster's I've been to. A great number of the games are not operational, and even more have issues that prevent you from playing as intended.

    Games were broken or stuck, bartenders are soooooo slow 2 mixed drinks take about 30 minutes plus 2 draft talls was about 30min wait and not but 10guest. Do better for being downtown NOLA where there’s a lot of business!! Do Better! And please go somewhere else. Might see faster service on Bourbon Street!

    What a great experience in this Dave n busters ! Came after pelicans game, had a great time. Felt like money got you lots of games, so plenty fun to be had. By far the best part was the service, Tati was amazing and catered to all the needs . A massive shoutout to her and the Dave n busters for finding a great bartender.

    Worst bar staff I've seen. You would have to seriously try to be that bad. Went on a Monday night. It was not busy. There were about 4 people seated at the bar, and 1or 2 at tables. Every time it would still take 10 minutes or more to walk up and get a drink, which also tasted terrible. One lady that was waiting in front of me got her drink and gave the bartender her card. The bartender took her card and her drink, poored the drink out, ran her card, and when she came back the lady asked where her drink was. The bartender was extremely rude to her and said "Uh, I gave it to you". The lady said "Then you took it" and the bartender just walked off. The lady complained to the manager, and said how long we all were waiting and how rude she was. The manager didnt seem to care either. Another person came up and complained that there was glass in their drink. The staff there really just ruined everything else.
