- AFA F3 days ago1.0There is a young heavy set man at this location with short, sad locs who probably doesn’t need to be working in any sort of customer-facing role. He did not get my order correct. He had an attitude about every aspect of my order and he forgot the chips and vinaigrette I ordered. He could not roll a simple burrito. When I asked him to make it correctly, he made an excuse that he couldn’t roll a burrito with salsa on it…Management must be absent, because there is NO way this man should still have a job.

Please let drivers know when there are liquid containers in bags and don't stuff them in the side with drinks. That can possibly rip bags. Overstuffing off bags cause issues upon drop off even when secured in heated bags. Thanks

All of the workers were standing around doing nothing. A Doordash driver asked who is handling pickup orders and the worker just stared back blankly until her coworker overheard. All of the orders magically appeared a couple minutes later from the back. My order was cold and had been probably sitting out a while. This location is so bad. Half of the workers sit around and don't even acknowledge customers waiting.
