  I ordered on uber eats. My bag was opened, no drink, just my burger and a small container that wasn't sealed and had what looks like potatoes wedges scraped out of the bottom of the deep fryer. Taste overly greasy and I don't why they expect people to eat hard unidentified food calling it potatoe wedges. Everything tastes awful 😖 first time I ordered and the last.

  The food is very good I’ll start there. But as far as the location itself they need a whole new crew/management. First time I made a pickup order through the app was on New Year’s Eve and so many things with my order was wrong, my boyfriend called the store the next day (because they were closed by the time we opened the bag), they looked up my order and said they would give me a refund, but as of today I never received it. I got over that and wanted to try this location one more time so me and my boyfriend ordered the chips and dip trio also the hatch queso on 01/13. I got the chips and dip trio but not the hatch queso. My boyfriend gave me the bag I immediately checked because of what happened last time and told him that they forgot the other chips and queso(hatch queso). He told me they went to reprint the ticket and just gave him the chips and said they were out of queso. HOW? Yall literally just gave me queso and now yall are out? Then they told him they couldnt replace the queso for guac cause he didn’t pay for it. So yall didn’t have queso now im only left with more chips because yall “didnt have” queso? I work hard for what I pay for I’m never coming here again because I keep spending hard working money.

  I’m not one to leave a bad review, considering I am also a server, but this place is not good. Me, my boyfriend, and our friends went to BWW the other day with high expectations, since the one in my hometown is always good. We get there and wait for about 10 minutes before we are sat, the dining room is practically empty and all of the staff was chatting while we were waiting. After someone sees us they bring us to our table where the host just threw the menus on the table and then asked us what we wanted to drink. (The seats were also dirty) During that time our waitress comes up, we order, and then we wait AN HOUR. There was maybe 3 other tables in the dining room with us, most of which were finishing up. We had come in two hours before they closed, which makes me believe that is a reasonable enough time to bring out food. The food was great, but since the service was so bad it ruined our whole experience. All of our drinks where completely empty the whole time. All the workers were either talking, or cleaning, but refilling a drink is one of the easiest things as a server. Our server never checked on us. We pay, and go to ask for a to go box but she walks off beforehand. It takes her at LEAST 10 minutes to pay because she is talking to her coworker. I am normally the one who chooses the tip on the bill and honestly I have never tipped a server $0 before but I was highly considering it. We will not be returning.

  The carpet needs to be taken out. The overwhelming smell takes away from the atmosphere. Tile the entire floor is my recommendation.

  Put an order in online at 711 pm said it would be ready at 730 pm.i waited over 40 minutes while doordash and uber eats order got priority. absolutely ridiculous this is why I don't tip until food in hand .horrible service while laughing and carrying on in the kitchen
