- CJCorbie JohnsonMay 15, 20212.0When I got there they had the handicap accessibility entrance locked. The sign directed everyone to the front. The parking in the front is street side and anyone handicap cannot get up to the sidewalk because the entrance to the sidewalk is far and the curb is so high it's difficult to get up if you're handicap. When walking around from the back to the front there is no handicap ramp so you have to walk over some broken pipe fixtures to get to the front door. While there at least 1 employee unlock the handicap entrance door and came in. When I asked why it was locked and why they didn't accommodate the handicap I didn't get an answer. I asked could I go out that door since and employee was able to enter and I was told no I had to go back out the front door and go all the way to the back. That is unacceptable for a business like that to not make the handicap entrance accessible. And, yes I am handicap and I parked in the back because I can't get up to the sidewalk without assistance. Until that situation is corrected I will not go to that Baskin Robbins again and I will be reporting it to the city that the handicap accessible entrance is locked and inaccessible to people who have a handicap. I'm completely disappointed. Especially since NO ONE could give an explanation as to why. Management needs to do better!!!! Hopefully someone cares enough to apologize for my inconvenience, but I'm not holding my breath.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
