The bar staff were exceptional, and made sure we had everything we needed with bringing in outside catering. It was easy to communicate our needs and reserve the space, and attendees really enjoyed it.

I asked for a manhattan -- they said that they don't do cocktails. (but they have a full bar) I mean, whatever, but he was literally just "No, we don't do that." Rather than, "We don't do cocktails like that, but here's some options you may want to consider." And not just that, but he acted as though serving me a drink was an incredibly rude request by me.
