The complimentary tasting went above and beyond. We love Elysian. best Shrimp n Grits in all of Louisiana and I said what I said!

The shrimp and grits & gumbo were INCREDIBLE. They even packaged up leftover food for us to enjoy the next day and were super accommodating for packaging up a meal to go for my nephew. Additionally, the three bartenders we had working the event went above and beyond to ensure everyone was taken care of. When they ran out of gin for me (bride) someone went to the store and got more for us. They were such a happy and positive part of the day.

I wanted to have some raw oysters and the team was super easy to work with, very communicative, set up and tore down without any issues, and most importantly, served a ton of delicious, fresh raw oysters with all the fixings! I also had them do shrimp cocktail and the guests finished the shrimp before I was able to get any! Huge hit and I will definitely use them again in the future!
