  Absolutely TERRIBLE service! I ordered a delivery through their website. After I received a message about the order being delivered ( about 40min) I called because I didn’t receive anything. They said the order hasn’t left the store and the notifications from the website are not reliable.. okay, that’s fine. I waited an hour more and nothing. I waited another hour, now 2 hrs after I called again, they connected me to the delivery driver and he was absolutely terrible. He immediately started yelling that he called and came to the door and knocked multiple times but I didn’t answer. None of this was true. I was on my phone the whole time so I would have seen a call that was longer than a second. And I have a few house cameras that I checked and no one ever came near the house let along knock “a few times”. Then I told him that he probably had the wrong house since I don’t see him on the cameras. He refused to listen and be rude. (The whole time I was polite calling him sir and trying to reason). He kept saying he had the right house. Then I asked him if that was the case why didn’t you drop the pizza in front of the door ( those were my delivery instructions I put for the order)? He laughed and said he doesn’t do that. (Hmmmm, maybe because you were never in front of the house 🙃) Then he hung up on me. I called the restaurant next to completely cancel the order at this point and told them what happened. The guy on the phone immediately sided with the delivery driver and hung up on me (even though I told him I had camera proof and call log proof that he never showed up or called) . Then I called the store again asking for my money back, a woman this time said they have canceled the order and should receive them back 24-48hrs but she cannot give me any proof of the cancelation a.k.a. an email with it. Definitely will be going there in person if the money are not back in 2 days. This is one of the WORST customer experiences. FIRST and LAST time ordering or “trying” to order from Dominos… I’m gonna stick with Papa John’s

  DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE. IT IS NOT RELIABLE. WE ORDERED DELIVERY A DAY IN ADVANCE AND IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. WHEN I CALL THE STORE, THE AUTOMATED VOICE SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED BUT NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. What a joke.

  Edited to add that I was dumb enough to go back and received an UNCUT pizza. Just a big circle. The door is locked and I am forced to wait in a drive through line behind people who are ordering in the spot and then waiting in the drive through line while their food is made. My app order has been ready but I'm waiting for someone else to get through the entire process? Bogus.

  Absolutely the worst pizza place. Horrible customer service. Horrible employees with nasty attitudes. Never ever again will I order from them Barely any toppings on a 4 topping pizza. Wouldn't deliver to the door. Had to come out to the car.
