- CCChristine Carter4 days ago3.0Picked up a to go order and waited over 10 minutes because I asked for a side of jalepenos and cilantro that I agreed I would pay extra for. I wasn’t actually waiting for the side, the worker was waiting for the managers approval. And I had to leave this review because I find it so funny, the manager literally refused to serve me it. I was like ok I’ll just take a side of jalepenos then. Nope! Like WHAT 😂 this isn’t some unreasonable request, the name of the place is LITERALLY CHIPOTLE, and you’re going to refuse to serve me a side of jalapeños?! That I agreed I’d pay extra for?! What is happening lol. The fact that they made it sound like I was so unreasonable for requesting it as well is what makes this whole story hilarious.

- GSGraeden SpicerMar 18, 20261.0I asked the Young black lady for the code to use the bathroom and she said “You have to buy something first” I responded back saying “I am but I need to use the bathroom first and there’s 5 people ahead of me” she clarified that she doesn’t know the code and that the code is in the receipt. Fair enough but she made no attempts in asking her fellow co workers if any of them knew the code. And it baffles me that you work there and don’t know the code as if you never used that bathroom there before.

When you do get to an enployee, the customer service is terrible. No greeting, no apologies for the inconvenience, just dead eyed stare "name" then a gesture to your phone before wordlessly handing over your order. Yikes.

She continued to clean and the dirty towel she was cleaning with went into the food items. We got sick to our stomachs seeing a dirty towel touch the food and walked out! We won’t be ordering from chipotle. I’m sure you have cameras to fact check me.
