After being at loyola for 4 years now I’m ready lol. the new manager I met today was a delight and made my morning so much better. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond. I favor alan as one of the best employees who makes sure you get your order fast and correct always with a smile! I will give them grace for the long wait times because there is like a million students that go here and order Chick-fil-A. I’ve been waiting for a Chick-fil-A here for like 2 and a half years so I’m so happy we have it now and the food and quality never disappoints

The workers spent most of the time talking to each other and even talking badly about other coworkers instead of helping customers. They need more workers or get rid of the ones that barely do anything
