  It was our first time trying Cava so we were feeling a bit awkward. The employees made us feel so comfortable asking questions and were so friendly. Even kept us in the loop from the back on how long it would be for our falafel. 10/10 would recommend. We don’t have Cava in Canada but I sure hope we get some!!

  I look forward to coming to Cava anytime I fly in and out of NOLA … Today I was so blessed by the exemplary customer service that I received from Aja & Elise!!! This made my day even better!

  I’ve given this location multiple chances and it’s consistently disappointing. At this point, maybe this is on me for not asking before going through the line, considering this has happened to me multiple times. But also… why would I assume a place built around bowls just casually has no dressing? This is now the third time I’ve built a full bowl and only at the very end been told they are out of dressing. At that point, what exactly am I supposed to do, eat a completely dry bowl and pretend that’s normal? If you are out of something that essential, it needs to be communicated before people order. A sign, a note on the screen, literally anything. I promise most people would not even get in line if they knew. On top of that, the portions are always skimpy unless you ask for extra of everything, which should not be a negotiation every single time. And the DoorDash experience somehow managed to be worse. I ordered a full bowl and got rice, cabbage, olives, a tiny bit of dip, and none of the actual toppings I paid for. No chicken, no vegetables, nothing. It was basically a sad little bowl of filler with a dream. I literally ended up driving to another location just to get dressing so I could even eat my food, which should say everything.😀😀 At this point, I’m done giving this location chances.

  Life is good! My food was prepared perfectly from the amazing talented Alex. Super personable and professional. I got the Harissa chicken power bowl (a featured item) and it did not disappoint (dressed to perfection). Alex and Delilah were both very kind, helpful, and efficient. The food, the service, the community are all reasons why I'll be back for more!
