  This place is absolutely ridiculous!!! My husband and I came in here at 12:30 today. 03/29/2026 The server took almost 10 mins to even get to us to get drinks. By the time she did get to us she got the drinks told her we were ready to order she then tells us ILL GET THAT AFTER YOUR DRINKS. Why?? Why can't she take it all now. She is slow moves as slow as a snail. She got my drink wrong (yet again, everytime they get it wrong) they always do there is literally only a few tables like serimaybe 4 tables they are not busy at all and it took till literally right now as I am writing this for them to bring this food out over an our for two people. Crap place.

  Alayna was a great server! Give her a raise !!! She’s the only reason we keep coming back.

  Let me start off by saying, Alayna our server was super nice, however she didn’t tell us from start what they were out of until after we got our appetizer, which kind of aggravated me a little but she was doing her best. Now the food, I have no clue who is in the back cooking but they need new hires, and looking at the reviews now, it seems to me it needs to be completely under new ownership or be watched over 24/7 because it took us an hour And a half to get our food and NO ONE ELSE WAS THERE??? What are they doing back there? I get my food and it’s cold and in very small portions, got the boneless wings which is already small well, I asked for it to be redone (spoke to the manager and she was very sweet around 10pm on Saturday march 7th didn’t get her name) Alayna did her best but she couldn’t really due much because she wasn’t cooking, and my loaded fries was also a joke. Well anyways since I spend 110$ on an absolutely garbage experience I will never come here again. I’ve been to so many Buffalo Wild Wings and this has far been the worst experience. I’ll go to chillis or sum. Thank you Alayna and the manager for atleast trying to help me out tho, while everyone else was playing around yall where actually doing yalls part and Doing phenomenal at yalls job. If it weren’t for them two I would leave a 1 star review.
