I’m mean is it the same people running both locations in New Iberia? This is just an embarrassment to the town which is saying something!

Meaning when I pull to the intercom to order I have to wait to order Every single time I come here day or night. Then I get to the window and they park me because nothing is ready. I'm parked nexted to 4 cars we are all waiting for our food!! I'm not sure who the district manager is but you need to step in and oversee this location. The manager on duty told the cashier at drive thru don't take anymore orders!! Today is 01/05/2026 time is 915pm this should tell you who all was on duty. I will not be returning!
