The other bacon cheese fries was perfect. We also ordered 2 different Frosty's and we received 2 Sprites. WTH???? And the staff at places like this want more money per hour? How about you read and give the customers the items that they order. Not what you want to substitute. Or call about a substitution. We never received a call. No message from them whatsoever.

Have to pull away from the window even though I'm the only one in the drive thru, then for the worker to drop my food off missing some of the food I ordered! I’m mean is it the same people running both locations in New Iberia? This is just an embarrassment to the town which is saying something!

- ACAnthony CowanJan 5, 20261.0It's ALWAYS A PROBLEM with this Wendy's!!!!! They never have baked Potatoes, and for some reason they can only take one drive thru order at a time. Meaning when I pull to the intercom to order I have to wait to order Every single time I come here day or night. Then I get to the window and they park me because nothing is ready. I'm parked nexted to 4 cars we are all waiting for our food!! I'm not sure who the district manager is but you need to step in and oversee this location. The manager on duty told the cashier at drive thru don't take anymore orders!! Today is 01/05/2026 time is 915pm this should tell you who all was on duty. I will not be returning!
