  I am not uppercase of their not know read well and they won't give me refund and what they not notice what I wrote note what I said no combo just want one triple daves plain but they did give me med fries and med drink too. They won't refund back me at all and other wendys no plm I not understand of this local that not good period!!!

  This review is specifically for the manager on duty. The crew did an amazing job resolving my issue. I went there January 20, 2026 around 11:20AM. Apparently they no longer have what I ordered and one employee did come to the window to inform me. When the manger walked over, all she said was we no longer carry that, never came to the window to ask if I needed anything to figure out how to assist me. All she was concerned about was the time going up instead of coming help so the time would not continue to go up. She was just ready for me to get out of her drive-thru line. Quality service for the team resolving my issue, but the manager definitely gets a F for customer service.

  This place is so terrible! As soon as I get the damn window, tell me I have to pull up away for the window and then just wait for someone to bring me my food. Well they just hand the bag and walk off so damn fast that I can’t even ask for any damn ketchup! Why do I have to pull away from the damn window if I’m the only one in the drivethu🧐. This place sucks

  This Wendy's location is horrible I ordered a combo and was told they didnt have ice for my drink. So I asked for a bottle water and they didnt have it either. So I had to eat my food with no drink. I also requested fresh fries and nuggets and didnt get that either. The manager was very unprofessional when i asked to pay for extra sauce. He yelled to the associate drive thru cashier "THE SAUCE IN THE BAG" HE SOUNDED VERY ANNOYED!!! Manager if you dont like your job quit! This is why I cook at home. This happened on 12/17/25 around 925pm.
